Claims of Copyright Infringement & Related Issues (17 USC § 512 et seq.) If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, we respect your intellectual property rights. Counter-Notice: If a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you or if you feel that your content is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, you may submit a counter notification to our agent in include:

A physical or an electronic signature. Identification of the content or material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith and belief that the material or content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your information including name, address, and telephone number,a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement. If a counter notice is received by the copyright notice, we may send a copy of counter notice to the complaining party informing that party or person(s) that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it.
